Inspired by Natalie Freiburger's 11 years of life lived, the race formerly known as the Hayes Green Beach Memorial Hospital Frontier Days 5K will now forever be known as HGB's "live life. spired. 5K Run/Family Walk". The race is for anyone who is excited about overcoming a serious illness or just wants to be surrounded by other inspirational folks. It's a great chance to improve your health and your outlook at the same time!
